If more children have access to basic information on mental health/substance abuse/violence prevention, then fewer children will be involved with juvenile court or out-of-school placements.

If our community increases the structured opportunities available for students to interact with mental health/substance abuse experts, then referrals will increase, and more children will get the treatment they need.

The Hocking County community sees this as the best way to reduce behaviors associated with mental illness.
