part of Help Me Grow provides
home visitation by a Registered
Nurse to all new parents
in Hocking County. The
purpose of the free home
visit is to provide a
full assessment of both
mom and baby, answer questions
related to prenatal, post-partum
and newborn care. Also
to link families with
services and resources. |
